NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Full Time | Overnights (Sun.-Wed. | 11p-9a)

Starting Pay: $16.25/hour | Additional differentials for education & experience

Additional $0.50/hour for 14 years of experience

Additional $1.00/hour for 5+ years of experience

Are you compassionate, patient, and ready to make a meaningful impact in someones life? As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to individuals, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. This rewarding role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and hygiene

Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

Provide wheelchair assistance and ensure safe mobility

Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction

Help maintain the safety and well-being of each individual served

Use proper lifting and body mechanics to safely assist clients

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

6 months 1 year of caregiving or human services experience preferred but not required

Valid, non-probationary drivers license held for at least 1 year with no restrictions

Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to pass a background check

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting others

Ability to safely bend, lift, and assist individuals with mobility

Preliminary Requirements:

Provide proof of a valid drivers license (non-probationary for at least 1 year)

Ability to attend paid orientation and commit to training
