Description

Our client in the Branchburg, NJ area is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator. This role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, and is seeking someone with 1+ years of related experience. Depending on experience, the base salary range is $60,000$70,000. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.

Scheduling Coordinator

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for 9 field service technicians performing installations and service calls across multiple locations.

  • Match technicians to jobs based on availability, location, and service requirements to ensure efficient scheduling and coverage.

  • Communicate with field technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate job assignments and address scheduling needs.

  • Monitor schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate urgent requests, last-minute changes, and shifting priorities.

  • Maintain accurate scheduling information and ensure clear communication regarding job details, timelines, and updates.

  • Support day-to-day service operations by helping keep jobs organized, properly assigned, and on schedule.

  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems, email, and scheduling software. Training on specific systems can be provided.

  • Highly organized: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple schedules, track assignments, and maintain accurate information.

  • Strong communicator: Able to coordinate effectively with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams while providing timely updates.

  • Adaptable problem-solver: Can think on their feet, adjust schedules when unexpected issues arise, and identify practical solutions.

  • Proactive and dependable: Takes initiative, follows through on tasks, and helps ensure service calls and installations run smoothly.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment: Able to prioritize competing requests, manage last-minute changes, and keep operations moving efficiently.
