Our client a growing manufacturing company based in Manalapan, NJ is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all day-to-day accounting operations. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and payroll experience, be comfortable working independently, and possess the versatility to assist with office administration and facilities-related functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the full cycle accounting process including:

• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable

• General Ledger maintenance

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• Journal entries and month-end close

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Process payroll through Paychex

• Support day-to-day office operations

• Coordinate office vendors and service providers

• Manage office supplies and purchasing

• Serve as a key point of contact for administrative and operational needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping or general accounting experience

• Experience managing all aspects of accounting through financial statement preparation

• Required experience with QuickBooks Online and Paychex

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
