Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of operating room experience required
• Experience in Orthopedics, Neuro, and Spine preferred/required
• Current Surgical Tech certification for travel assignments
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and operating room workflow
• Ability to follow physician and RN direction in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Commitment to maintaining a safe environment and standard precautions at all times

Responsibilities

• Assist in the care of the surgical patient throughout operative procedures
• Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment needed during surgery
• Anticipate the surgeons needs to support efficient, high-quality procedures
• Maintain the sterile field and uphold strict infection control practices
• Follow established hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Support a safe, organized, and patient-focused operating room environment
