IMPORTANT: An active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is mandatory for this position. Applicants must possess a valid HHA certification to be considered. We are specifically seeking certified professionals who have the proper credentials and qualifications to provide home care services.

Your Responsibilities as a SYNERGY Certified Home Health Aide

As a valued member of our care team, you will:

• Provide non-medical personal care and support, including companionship and social engagement.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, as appropriate to your training and authorized scope of practice.

• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Establish positive, respectful relationships with clients, families, and fellow team members.

• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and professionalism during every scheduled shift.

• Follow individualized care plans and established care protocols.

Certification Is a Must Bring Your Qualifications to Our Team!

We are looking for Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) with valid, active credentials who are ready to put their skills and compassion into action.

Please note that certification is not optional for this position. Candidates without an active HHA certification will not be considered, regardless of their caregiving experience or other qualifications.
