Job Description:

• Safely operate a high reach forklift, including driving forward and backward, lifting and lowering the boom, and maneuvering in tight areas without causing damage.
• Work with vertical racking systems to load and unload pallets, and to pull and place pallets on and off product racking systems and trucks.
• Maximize storage capacity by stacking pallets vertically in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use an electronic Warehouse Management System to manage, track, and control inventory accurately.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and orderly storage area for all products.
• Keep the assigned work area clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
• Working in a cold, refrigerated environment for entire shift
• Must be comfortable working around raw food products and maintaining required PPE
• Overnight 3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am, Mon - Fri

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating high reach equipment
• Material handling experience, including loading, unloading, and pallet management.
• Ability to use RF scanners for inventory and product tracking.
• Ability to manage and control inventory using an electronic Warehouse Management System.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly as required.
• Ability to complete basic paperwork accurately and legibly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.45/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
