We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager with 5+ years of customer service leadership experience to oversee daily customer support operations, drive service excellence, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, resolving complex issues, and building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a customer service team to ensure exceptional customer support.

• Manage daily customer service operations, including order management, issue resolution, and customer communications.

• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer concerns.

• Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective solutions.

• Develop and maintain service policies, procedures, and performance standards.
