HVAC Tech (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician)Filan & Conner

We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. You'll work directly with customers to diagnose issues and deliver reliable solutions, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. Experience with electrical troubleshooting and refrigeration systems will be key to your success here.

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform system testing, and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure optimal performance Maintain accurate service records, communicate findings clearly with clients, and ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards

Must hold a valid EPA 608 Certification for handling refrigerants Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as travel to job sites is required Ability to work in physically demanding conditions including confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and at heights using ladders or scaffolding
