HVAC Installer (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer)Filan & Conner

We're looking for someone with 2-10 years of experience as an HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. You should have hands-on experience with ductwork installation and refrigeration systems, and a sharp eye for detail to ensure every job is done right. Bonus points if you're comfortable reading blueprints or working with electrical wiring!

Install, configure, and test HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment in residential and commercial buildings Perform routine maintenance and inspections on existing HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and identify potential issues Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer specifications to ensure accurate and code-compliant installations

High school diploma or GED equivalent, with completion of an HVAC trade program or apprenticeship preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as travel to various job sites is required EPA 608 Certification for handling refrigerants, or the ability to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe after hire
