Responsibilities:

Manage purchasing transactions for production materials and components to support ongoing needs.

Create, review, and maintain purchase orders while ensuring order details, quantities, and delivery timing are accurate.

Coordinate with production, inventory, and warehouse teams to align material availability with operational priorities.

Review data for inconsistencies, correct errors, and maintain reliable records across purchasing activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management is required.

Background working with inventory management processes and material planning activities.

Familiarity with purchase order processing and day-to-day purchasing department functions.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of information under deadlines.

Proficiency using ERP or similar business systems, along with Excel for reporting and analysis.
