- Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars. - Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars: filling ice bins, etc. - Stock bars with alcoholic beverages: liquor, wine, beer, drink mixes. - Stock non-alcoholic beverages: soda, juices, and carbon dioxide at bars. - Stock liquor room with all supplies: liquor, beer, wine, dry goods, soda, etc. - Maintain cleanliness of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars: sweep, mop, take out the trash. - Assist with setting up for banquets and private functions: stock alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and paper products. Break bartenders, make change, run cashier register. Help with inventories. Claim tips received according to laws governing wage reporting. Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff. May be required to answer questions when a manager is not available. Must work well under pressure, and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines. Adhere to all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines. Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and leadership.
