- Greets guests in a timely manner.initiates conversation with guests. - Operate cash register: take money and make change, as required. - Keeps tables neat and orderly by removing glassware no longer in use.Clears and resets tables for next seating. - Adheres to all responsible alcohol serving requirements as dictated by the state; requests identification from guests ordering alcohol when legal age is questionable. - Anticipates guest needs when possible. - Communicates with servers, bartenders and managers regarding guest requests. - Complete assigned opening and closing side work. - Provides Marquee Service to every patron and employee. - Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff. - May be required to answer questions when a manager is not available. - Must work well under pressure, and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines. - Adhere to all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines. - Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and leadership. - Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required. - Ability to work as part of a team and to promote cooperative approach between departments. - Ability to work unsupervised.
