Description

The HR Internal Audit team is seeking an experienced professional to partner with audit leadership and deliver specialized training on employee benefits and retirement plans. The training will help auditors strengthen their understanding of regulatory requirements, industry practices, governance frameworks, operational risks, and emerging trends across benefits programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise within large, complex banking environments and be able to translate technical subject matter into practical audit considerations.

Requirements

Experience in employee benefits, retirement plan administration, benefits consulting, HR risk management, internal audit, compliance, or a related field.

Significant experience within a large banking or financial services institution, preferably a global or systemically important financial institution.

Deep knowledge of:

• Employee benefit plan governance

• Retirement and pension programs

• ERISA and related regulatory requirements

• Benefits operations, controls, and risk management

• Third-party administrator and vendor oversight practices
