The Clinical Pharmacist manages routine medication-related activities in accordance with VHA, DEA, FDA, Joint Commission, Northport VAMC, and other governing regulations, standards, and policies. The incumbent has key responsibilities in pharmacy distribution and operations, formulary management and medication safety.
