Supply Chain Manager - Starting Salary: $130k per year

Job Summary

Leads site supply chain planning, order fulfillment, production scheduling, tactical buying, material availability, supplier performance, inventory health, and customer delivery risk management for the Utica liquid-cooling manufacturing and distribution site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, and order fulfillment activities.

• Ensure material availability to support production, customer deliveries, and new product launches.

• Manage supplier performance, shortages, delivery risks, and supply chain escalations.

• Monitor and improve KPIs related to on-time delivery, inventory health, supplier performance, and schedule adherence.

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing to support growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and coach supply chain team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, and S&OP processes.

• APICS/ASCM certification and experience in industrial, automotive, electronics, HVAC/R, or high-mix manufacturing environments preferred.
