About the Role
Are you passionate about sports, entertainment, or cutting-edge technology? Join Levys technology team at Greater Nevada Field and be part of the action behind the scenes. Youll ensure our technologyespecially POS systems and event-day devicesruns smoothly so fans enjoy a seamless experience. Youll troubleshoot in real-time, install and manage equipment, and contribute to delivering first-class service.

No set hours. This is a part-time, event-based role, with occasional non-event day support as needed.
Responsibilities
Event Day Technology Support
Ensure POS and supporting systems are fully operational before each event
Respond to real-time tech issues and escalate as needed
Troubleshoot device connectivity and software/hardware malfunctions
Record and report all issues, resolutions, and recommendations post-event
Maintenance & Setup
Install, move, or replace hardware when required
Assist with software upgrades and network improvements
Maintain up-to-date inventories of tech equipment
Communication & Reporting
Keep relevant teams informed of issue status
Deliver recap reports detailing event-day performance and any ongoing concerns
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience supporting tech systems (POS, hardware, software)
Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, wireless)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to problem-solving
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physically able to work long shifts and lift equipment up to 25lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Hospitality or live events experience
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
