HVAC Service Tech (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Service Technician)Carter Htg & Air

We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for our valued customers. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. You'll work independently in the field, troubleshooting complex issues and providing reliable solutions that keep our customers comfortable year-round.

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment for residential and commercial properties Perform routine maintenance and preventative service calls to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely Communicate effectively with customers to explain system issues, recommend solutions, and provide cost estimates for repairs

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel to customer sites throughout the service area EPA certification for handling refrigerants and knowledge of current HVAC codes and safety regulations Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
