Job Summary

Comfort Control Systems is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, package units, mini splits)

  • Replace existing systems and complete full system changeouts

  • Perform duct cleanings

  • Install duct systems (new and replacement)

  • Ensure clean, professional, and code-compliant installs

  • Work alongside a helper or lead installs depending on experience

  • Communicate clearly with customers when needed

  • Keep job sites clean and organized

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial)

  • Experience installing split systems, heat pumps, and package units

  • Basic understanding of ductwork installation and modifications

  • Ability to safely handle and install HVAC equipment and materials

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

  • Own basic hand tools
