We're looking for someone with 2-8 years of experience as an HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC and refrigeration systems across a variety of residential and commercial settings. You should be comfortable working with electrical wiring and have a sharp eye for detail to ensure every installation meets safety and quality standards. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring all work meets industry standards and local codes Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, performing necessary repairs or replacements to restore optimal functionality Communicate with customers throughout the installation or service process, explaining work performed and providing recommendations for system upkeep

Valid EPA 608 certification required for handling refrigerants Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record, as travel to job sites is required Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and at heights, while adhering to all safety protocols
