Travel Physical Therapist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030$2,190
• Location: Sylva, North Carolina, with coverage across Jackson and Swain Counties
• Healthcare Setting: Home health
• Start Date: November 9, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks, ending February 6, 2027
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
• On-Call and Weekend Requirement: None
• Dress Code: Business casual or dark blue/gray scrubs

Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license
• OASIS experience
• Ability to travel between patient homes throughout the assigned coverage area
• Experience with HCHB is preferred

Home Health Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct start-of-care evaluations for patients receiving physical therapy in their homes
• Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, reassessments, routine visits, and discharges
• Manage a productive home health caseload while meeting expected clinical and documentation standards
