HVAC Service Tech (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Service Technician)HCS Mechanical Inc.

We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our residential and commercial clients. You'll work independently to troubleshoot complex issues while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment for residential and commercial properties Perform routine maintenance and preventative service calls to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with customers to explain system issues, recommend solutions, and provide cost estimates for repairs

Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to travel to customer sites throughout the service area EPA certification for handling refrigerants and willingness to maintain current industry certifications Strong customer service orientation with ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple service calls
