Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Travel Home Health contract in Austintown, OH. This assignment runs from November 2026 through February 2027, providing home health services to patients throughout the surrounding service area.

Job Details

       Location: Austintown, OH

       Pay: $53$55.90/hour

       Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits, from the first patient to the last

       Contract: November 2026February 2027

       Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM

       Coverage Area: Mahoning, Columbiana, and Trumbull counties, plus portions of Portage County, including Garrettsville, Windham, Deerfield, Atwater, Nelson, Palmyra, and Paris

       On-Call/Weekend: On-call 23 times per week, with every-other-weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities

       Provide direct home health nursing care to patients throughout the assigned service area.

       Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

       Meet weekly productivity expectations.

       Participate in weekly case conferences and team meetings.

       Provide on-call and weekend coverage as required.

       Communicate frequently with clinicians and office staff regarding patient care and changes in condition.

       Travel between patient visits throughout the coverage area.

Requirements

       Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

       Previous home health nursing experience.

       Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide direct patient care.

       Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.

       Flexibility to meet on-call and weekend requirements.

       Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Dress Code: Navy blue or black scrubs.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
