We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our commercial and residential clients. You'll work independently to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong technical expertise in refrigeration systems and electrical troubleshooting, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment for residential and commercial properties Perform routine maintenance inspections and preventative service to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction Respond to service calls, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide professional recommendations for repairs or replacements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel to various job sites throughout the service area Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical clients Physical ability to work in various environments including attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds
