About the Position

Adecco is hiring a Logistics Specialist for our client in Marysville, Ohio! This is a great opportunity for someone with logistics, administrative, or coordination experience who enjoys staying organized, communicating with others, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

In this role, you will help coordinate customer vehicle relocations, communicate with drivers and customers, maintain accurate records, and ensure vehicles are accounted for throughout the transportation process.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries.

• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal team members by phone and email.

• Track orders, update customer records, and maintain accurate information in the company's CRM system.

• Monitor order progress, manage deadlines, and follow up on outstanding tasks.

• Coordinate additional services, including vehicle detailing, repairs, and storage.

• Check vehicles in and out of the storage lot, document any existing damage, and record items left inside vehicles.

• Move vehicles around the lot and prepare them for driver pickup.

• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and report any mechanical issues.

• Help resolve scheduling or delivery issues and communicate concerns to management.

• Follow company procedures and applicable safety and transportation regulations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of logistics experience, preferably involving the movement of inventory or goods from one location to another.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and follow through on assignments.

• A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to safely maneuver and park vehicles in tight spaces.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
