Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator for a 2-month contract assignment. This role will support the Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative functions, onboarding coordination, employee record maintenance, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation

• Maintain and update employee files and HR records

• Support interview scheduling, orientations, and meetings

• Respond to routine employee inquiries and route questions appropriately

• Perform data entry and update information in HR systems

• Help prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous HR, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
