Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-Time) Location: Shaker Heights, OH (Onsite)

Schedule: 15-20 Hours per Week

Employment Type: Contract with Potential for Contract-to-permanent

We're partnering with a stable, long-standing organization in Shaker Heights seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support their accounting team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry into the company's internal accounting system Match invoices to supporting documentation and obtain appropriate approvals Assist with check processing and vendor payments Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies Maintain organized AP records and documentation Support month-end accounting activities as needed Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries

Requirements 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience Experience with invoice processing, account reconciliations, and vendor communications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently in an onsite office environment Previous experience with accounting software preferred; training will be provided on the company's internal system
