We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience as an Assembler to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications and quality standards. You'll work in a hands-on environment where attention to detail and a commitment to safety are key to success.
Completes assembly process within required Takt time
Uses overhead crane to lift heavy component parts
Maintains standard quality of their assembly work, i.e., the component parts have been assembled correctly per the standard work instruction for that assembly station, there are no missing parts, no loose nuts, screws or bolts
Performs quality checks
Identify defective or non-conforming parts and handle them according to the internal process
Completes all the required documentation promptly and correctly
High School diploma or equivalent required
1+ years in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Ability to read BOM’s and prints
Ability to use various hand & power tools
Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently
Ability to stand, lift, squat, bend, climb onto/into a forklift and perform manual tasks for extended periods

- High school diploma or GED
- Blueprint reading•1 - 3 years
- Hydraulics•1 - 3 years
