Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and adaptable HR Generalist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an HR professional with experience supporting a range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and policy implementation.

The HR Generalist will partner with leadership and employees to help maintain a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes run efficiently and in compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

• Assist with benefits administration and employee questions.

• Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems.

• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.

• Assist with performance management processes and compliance initiatives.

• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting coordination as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of human resources experience in a generalist or related HR role.

• Knowledge of HRIS, employee onboarding, recruitment, performance management, and benefit administration is preferred.

• Strong communication, critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
