Sue Sumrell is recruiting for a well-established global manufacturer seeking a Business Finance Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, business planning, and operational decision support. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, HR, and IT.

NOTE: This NOT a hybrid position and candidate must be located in the Portland metro area.

Requirements

Required background:

Manufacturing finance, FP& A, business planning, or operational finance

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience

ERP expertise (Tier 1 ready for upgrade)

Deep understanding of inventory, product costing, labor, overhead, and profitability drivers

Advanced Excel and analytical skills
