Job Summary

A growing construction organization in Portland, OR is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a project management professional with 3 to 5 years of experience managing residential, commercial, or office construction projects from planning through completion.

The Construction Project Manager will support successful project delivery by managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, materials, contracts, and daily project activity. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and material requirements.
- Monitor daily project progress, maintain project documentation, and help resolve issues that may impact timelines, quality, or cost.
- Review contracts, scopes of work, change orders, project specifications, and related construction documents.
- Communicate with internal teams, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently.
- Track project milestones, budget performance, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance to support successful project completion.
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Portland, OR.
