This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in Strategy & Oversight Team (NSSS), Contracts & Strategic Sourcing (NSS), Supply Chain Services (NS), Chief Administrative Office (N). A successful candidate in the Management & Program Analyst position will serve as the Product Owner, business lead, and subject matter expert responsible for the Integrated Contract Lifecycle Management (ICLM) system that supports BPA's short/long-term outsourcing goals.
