We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for our valued customers. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and system reliability. You'll work independently in the field, troubleshooting complex issues and providing expert solutions.
Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, parts and installation teams.
Repair & maintain customer HVAC systems.
Excel in customer relations.
Keep company truck clean, inside and out.
Keep truck inventory up to date.
Properly complete paperwork.
Join the on-call rotation.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Ability to pass a clean background check and drug test.
Have and maintain a clean driving record.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
Have or be willing to get and maintain the proper certifications. We can help with this.
5+ years HVAC technical experience
EPA certification required
Preference given to LEB & LEA holders.
