We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support an organization on a short-term contract assignment in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. This fully onsite opportunity is ideal for someone who works accurately, stays organized, and is comfortable handling high-volume administrative data tasks during standard business hours. The role will focus on entering financial and claims-related information into company records while helping maintain accurate worksheet-based documentation.

Responsibilities:

Enter check, refund, and insurance claim information into company records with a high level of accuracy

Review worksheet-based refund details and transfer information into the appropriate data fields

Verify numeric entries carefully to reduce errors and maintain reliable documentation

Organize incoming information and update records in a timely manner to support daily operations

Use Microsoft Excel to manage, review, and enter structured data efficiently

Follow established data handling procedures while working with sensitive insurance-related information

Requirements

Prior experience in data entry or a closely related administrative support role

Strong numeric data entry skills with consistent attention to detail

Comfortable working onsite in Berwyn, Pennsylvania during regular business hours

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Ability to type efficiently and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment

Strong general computer skills and confidence navigating digital records
