Job Summary
- Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards
- Responsible for having knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
- Responsible for having knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends
- Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled
- Responsible for accurately and efficiently use of POS system.
- Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.
- Assists other food and beverage team members with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties.
- Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.
