T-Mobile didnt become a leader by following the playbook. We got here by breaking it. Were a disruptor that now plays on a higher tier, and were still raising the bar for millions of customers nationwide. If you want to work somewhere that sets the standard instead of matching it, this is your place. This is an 11-week paid learning experience where youll do real work, not busywork. Youll build relationships with other interns and leaders across the company, and youll be paired with mentors who will challenge you to grow skills that matter. Well give you hands-on projects with real stakes, and we expect your creativity and sharp ideas to make an immediate impact. Youll work alongside T-Mobile employees who have your back and who still believe the best ideas can come from anyone.
What Its Like
Youll join the Product Design team at T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads). We design the enterprise software behind one of the worlds largest digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising marketplaces. The team is small enough that your work gets seen and big enough that it matters. A typical week mixes focused design time in Figma, check-ins with your mentor, working sessions with Product Managers and Engineers, and time with users to test ideas. Youll get guidance from experienced Product Designers, and youll be trusted to own your project.
What Youll Do
Youll own a meaningful product design project from discovery through solution development. Depending on priorities, it could span our advertising platforms, internal tools, or device monitoring experiences. Youll simplify complex workflows for advertisers, media owners, and internal teams who plan, buy, manage, and optimize digital advertising at scale. Your work will help T-Mobile stay ahead by making powerful tools intuitive and consistent. You may also contribute to our evolving design system.
