Job Summary

HR Support Assistant



The HR Support Assistant will provide high-volume administrative, filing, and recruitment coordination support to the HR team during a period of elevated workload. Essential functions include filing completed HR forms and other supporting documents into the appropriate personnel files, providing recruitment support, and logging and saving SHRS HR Actions email correspondence and related documents. The role also covers the 8th floor suite front desk 2–3 days per week, logs and tracks Status Quo Committee requests, and audits existing HR process documentation to identify what exists and what needs to be created or updated. Additional responsibilities include organizing and cleaning up SharePoint folders, supporting the process for adjunct renewals, and performing other duties as assigned.


  • Associate degree with 2 years of relevant office experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
