Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Details:

• Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time, Weekday, and Weekend Shifts; start building your flexible schedule today
• Shifts Available: Day (7:00am - 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm-7:00pm), and Overnight (11:00pm to 7:00am)
• Start & End Dates: Immediate start and ongoing
• Responsibilities: Assist with daily routines (meals, activities, outings); build confidence and independence; lead community activities (shopping, events, social outings); and create a positive, supportive environment
• Training: Paid 2-week training program provided, including medication training, CPR/First Aid certification, safety and support techniques, and hands-on learning before you start
• Benefits: Eligible to elect medical, dental, and vision benefits when working 30+ hours per week

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in healthcare, childcare, caregiving, retail, or hospitality
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to assist with light lifting (up to 50 lbs)
