Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is opportunity is for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and consistent follow-through. The person in this role will support daily data processing activities, help maintain reliable records, and contribute to smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and related records with a high level of accuracy.

• Verify submitted information for completeness and correct errors or inconsistencies before finalizing entries.

• Protect confidential business and customer data by handling all records with discretion and care.

• Review stored information through routine checks and assist with reports that support data quality and record accuracy.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure data is processed on schedule and in alignment with team priorities.

• Organize digital and related documentation according to established procedures for recordkeeping and data management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or an administrative support role requiring strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency with computer-based data entry, including accurate numeric entry and efficient typing skills.

• Ability to use databases, spreadsheets, and standard office software in a work setting.

• Strong accuracy, organization, and time management skills when handling repetitive tasks.

• Ability to identify discrepancies, review information carefully, and make corrections as needed.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
