Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing care in a home healthcare setting in Scranton, PA.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants to step away from the fast pace of a facility and focus on providing personalized, one-on-one care to a patient in the comfort of their home.

What Youll Do:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care in the patients home

• Monitor the patients condition and follow the established plan of care

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Complete appropriate nursing documentation

• Communicate changes or concerns with the care team

• Help support the patients health, safety, comfort, and independence

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania RN license

• Compassionate and dependable

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable providing nursing care in a home setting
