We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our residential and commercial clients. You'll work independently in the field, troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. Strong customer service skills and technical expertise are essential to success in this position.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment for residential and commercial properties Perform routine maintenance inspections and preventative service to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction Respond to service calls efficiently, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide customers with clear explanations of repairs and recommendations
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel to multiple job sites daily Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients Physical ability to work in various environments including attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds
