| Position Summary: | The Assistant Director for Program Operations, Doctoral Programs (AD) provides high level administrative and operational support for the post-masters Doctor of Nursing Practice (non-DNP-NA) and Doctor of Philosophy programs, including directing and overseeing operations, logistics, communications, and adherence to University policies. The AD collaborates with program leadership and faculty, to implement, monitor, evaluate, and revise graduate policies, processes, and resources. The AD advances operational excellence of doctoral nursing education, the student experience, and all business operations in accordance with the University and FCN mission and strategic plan. | Salary Posting Information: | This position falls within salaried grade 13 and the range is $51,000-63,800. The final salary will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate’s qualifications, department budget availability, market data, and internal equity. |
