Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:
Assist Head Coach in various aspects of the intercollegiate Swim and Dive program.
-On-Deck coaching responsibilities as directed by the head coach.
-Monitoring of CARA participation logs.
-Involvement with PSA’s on a limited basis. -
-Assistance at home meets. Candidate will have the option to assist at travel meets pending their schedule.
  1. -Conduct responsibilities within the full parameters of NCAA, Big East Conference and Villanova athletic department policies and bylaws.
Requirements:
-A proven background in the sport of NCAA D-1 Swimming and Diving.
-At least 1 year of on-deck NCAA/Collegiate coaching experience.
