Job Summary
- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Provides security and protection for guests and company assets.
- Performs the duties and responsibilities associated with the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Commission, ensuring compliance and minimizing violations.
- Continuously and diligently monitors racing areas on property.
- Ensures employees and others comply with PHRC policies and procedures; reports and documents all incidents.
- Administers First Aid and CPR within acquired training and ability, in accordance with established procedures.
- Reports unsafe conditions and/or incidents observed.
- Responds to disturbances and emergency alarms.
- Checks in all vehicles at the stable gate entrance.
- Provides security escort services to employees and guests when requested.
- Directs traffic and controls parking, when required.
- Assists local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and emergency services, when required.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
