We're looking for someone with 8-15 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our commercial and residential clients. You'll work independently to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong technical expertise in refrigeration systems and electrical troubleshooting, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment using appropriate tools and testing devices Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity Communicate effectively with customers to explain system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations in clear, understandable terms
Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to travel to multiple job sites daily Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service skills with professional demeanor when interacting with clients in their homes or businesses
