Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a growing organization by managing a wide range of human resources functions. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and management while supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries.

• Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation processes.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant.

• Assist with employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.

• Coordinate benefits administration and employee enrollment activities.

• Support performance management, employee development, and training programs.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee information within HRIS systems.

• Partner with managers to support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of human resources experience in a generalist, coordinator, or specialist capacity.

• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

• Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
