Job Summary

This role is ideal for a facilities, maintenance, engineering professional who enjoys hands-on building operations, contractor coordination, AutoCAD work, and leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced property environment.

The Facilities Supervisor will support building operations, capital improvement projects, preventive maintenance programs, tenant service requests, and critical facility systems. This opportunity offers a collaborative work environment with strong leadership visibility, cross-functional teamwork, and the chance to contribute directly to property performance, tenant satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Support planning and execution of CAPEX projects, construction activities, major repairs, and facility improvements while ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
- Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, tenant services, inspections, equipment readings, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, utility providers, and suppliers to schedule work, obtain quotes, monitor progress, and ensure quality completion.
- Supervise at least 10 maintenance technicians by assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, coordinating materials, and supporting training and accountability.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, equipment, repairs, inspections, facility keys, access codes, work orders, life safety protocols, and facility status reports.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $60,000 per year.
