A medical device manufacturing organization in Arecibo, PR is seeking a motivated Operator to support production, assembly, inspection, and packaging operations. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will work in a structured production environment where accuracy, teamwork, safety, and compliance are essential. This role offers the opportunity to build experience in a regulated medical device setting, learn established manufacturing processes, and contribute to products that support patient care. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform assembly, inspection, packaging, and manufacturing operations according to approved procedures and production requirements.
- Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects and support quality standards.
- Complete accurate production records, batch documentation, logs, labels, and related manufacturing paperwork.
- Monitor production processes, report equipment issues or product defects, and support corrective actions as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting daily production goals.
