In this role, you will manage a portfolio of outstanding balances, communicate with customers regarding delinquent accounts, and help drive timely payment through effective follow-up and issue resolution. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can balance relationship management, data analysis, and process discipline in a fast-paced advertising environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage an assigned group of receivable accounts and work toward monthly cash collection targets through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Engage customers with overdue balances to obtain specific payment commitments, document updates in Oracle, and monitor each commitment through resolution.

Partner with internal teams such as Billing, Sales, Service Operations, and Cash Applications to resolve disputes, deductions, short payments, and billing discrepancies until closure.

Reconcile account activity by analyzing spreadsheets, remittance details, and payment records to identify unapplied or misapplied cash and support correction efforts.

Monitor portfolio trends, identify recurring payment barriers, and recommend improvements that strengthen collection performance and reduce aging exposure.

Escalate accounts when appropriate by supporting recommendations for credit holds, service interruption, write-offs, or external recovery actions in line with established guidelines. Requirements Experience in commercial and/or consumer collections, credit collections, or accounts receivable operations.

Working knowledge of collection procedures, billing follow-up, and delinquent account resolution.

Proficiency with Oracle and familiarity with accounts receivable systems used to track payment activity and account status.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to review spreadsheets, reconcile balances, and investigate payment discrepancies.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders regarding overdue balances and account issues.

Experience using Google Workspace or similar productivity tools for reporting, documentation, and daily workflow management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a portfolio of accounts and maintain accurate follow-up records.
