Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support an import/export organization in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina. This Contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys coordinating procurement-related activities, handling documentation accurately, and learning new systems quickly. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, confidence working with invoices and records, and the ability to navigate vendor-facing tools in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Process procurement and logistics documentation with close attention to accuracy and timing.

Enter invoice information into internal systems and verify records against supporting documents.

Communicate with vendors and internal partners to resolve routine questions related to orders, billing, and shipment details.

Use Excel and CRM tools to track activity, maintain organized records, and support reporting needs.

Assist with customs-related paperwork and follow established procedures for import/export transactions.

Navigate the company vendor portal to review information, update records, and complete assigned tasks.

Support the procurement team with day-to-day administrative and transactional work during the contract period. Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, procurement support, or a related administrative role.

Working knowledge of invoice entry, customer invoicing, and document processing.

Understanding of customs documentation or import/export processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Positive attitude toward learning new systems and adapting to team needs.
