A Maintenance Technician I with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for the maintenance of guestrooms, public space and back of the house areas to ensure they are in good repair and to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Technician I, you would be responsible for the maintenance of guestrooms, public space and back of the house areas to ensure they are in good repair and to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel. Respond to guest calls and team member work orders to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment. Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry. Inspect guestrooms, public space and heart-of-the-house for needed and preventive maintenance. Record and report completed repairs and items that need further attention or that require placing a room 'out of order.'
